Established in 2013, **B&J Global Inc**. is an experienced third party fulfillment warehouses in North America. With 100,000+ sf warehouse in Mississauga and Scarborough, the company is expanding our business to provide their industry-leading cross-border warehousing and logistics solutions. We are looking for **an Administrative/Customer Support** to join our team and grow with us.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Provide customer services.
- Manage social media calendar and increase customer engagement through timely posts across social media platforms.
- Prepare reports, forms and PPT as needed.
- Support the general manager with daily management.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Excellent reading, writing and speaking skills, Mandarin preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, PDF for document representation.
- Exceptional organizational and data entry abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- University degree or college diploma considered an asset.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**:Based on experience
**Location**:Mississauga, ON
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Administrative or Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
