We're searching for an enthusiastic **Environmental Project Coordinator** with 4+ years of leading field programs in the exciting downstream oil and gas world. Get ready to split your time—70% in the office, 30% in the field—monitoring project progress, meeting clients, and driving results. You'll collaborate with Project Managers and environmental pros to manage every detail, from invoicing to project setup, all while building strong, lasting client relationships. **What would you be doing?**
- Collaborate with PMs to develop project plans, define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and track schedules and progress using project management tools.
- Review and amend data entries to ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations while maintaining detailed project documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of project reports and seamless coordination.
- Assist in resource allocation, monitor availability, and partner with PMs to track budgets, report variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulations while completing administrative duties and generating progress reports for stakeholders.
**Does this sound like you?**
- Holds a Technical Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field with over 4 years of experience in environmental consulting and strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication abilities, engaging effectively at all levels and building strong relationships.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments, fostering a cooperative and supportive atmosphere.
- Strong skills in setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate, organized documentation.
- Possesses in-depth understanding of regulatory guidelines, ensuring adherence and best practices in environmental projects.
