**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collection activity for a specified group of accounts as designated by the Credit & Collections Manager.
- Perform daily collection activity for a specified group of accounts in accordance with company terms of sale using effective collection procedures.
- Communicating with customers and operational managers to resolve customer disputes/problems through the administration the company customer dispute resolution program.
- Holds monthly A/ R review meetings with operational groups for the purpose of resolving disputes and identifying present and potential problem collection accounts.
- Reviews problem collection accounts with the Credit & Collections Manager
- Document A/R follow-up calls
- Performs other duties as designated by the Credit & Collections Manager

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years collections experience in a fast paced, team oriented environment..
- Working knowledge of J D Edwards accounts receivable module is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- **Bilingual: English / French**

**Responsabilités**:

- Mettre en œuvre des activités de recouvrement pour un groupe spécifique de comptes désignés par le Responsable de crédit et recouvrement.
- Effectuer des activités de recouvrement quotidiennes pour un groupe spécifique de comptes conformément aux conditions de vente de l'entreprise en utilisant des procédures de recouvrement efficaces.
- Communiquer avec les clients et les gestionnaires opérationnels pour résoudre les litiges/problèmes des clients via l'administration du programme de résolution des litiges clients de l'entreprise.
- Organiser des réunions mensuelles de révision des comptes clients avec les groupes opérationnels dans le but de résoudre les litiges et d'identifier les comptes problématiques actuels et potentiels.
- Examiner les comptes problématiques de recouvrement avec le Responsable de crédit et recouvrement.
- Documenter les appels de suivi des comptes clients.
- Exécuter d'autres tâches désignées par le Responsable de crédit et Recouvrement.

**Expérience**:

- 5 ans d'expérience en recouvrement dans un environnement dynamique orienté vers le travail en équipe.
- Connaissance pratique du logiciel J D Edwards (module de comptes clients) est un atout.
- Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Office.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français (Bilingue).
