**Your Role as a System Administrator**:
Choose your own adventure Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a System Administrator, your role will include:
- Managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
- Administering Azure Active Directory (AAD/Entra), including managing identities, groups, and roles, and understanding synchronization with on-premises Active Directory.
- Monitoring service health and diagnosing issues using various tools, including event logs and performing security updates.
- Managing and maintaining on-premise infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and storage systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of both cloud and on-premise environments.
- Assuming ownership of escalated first line help desk tickets and providing guidance and mentorship to first line help desk staff.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for IT processes.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of new IT initiatives.
- Working as part of a team towards the common goal providing exceptional IT services to the entire organization.
