**Overview**
We are seeking a catering company, or other restauranteur to lease the food and beverage space at the Olds Golf Club for the 2025 season and beyond.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff, including cooks, bartenders, and servers.
- Ensure high standards of food handling, preparation, and presentation are maintained at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee the POS system for efficient processing.
- Conduct interviews and train new staff members in customer service excellence and operational procedures.
- Develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team to enhance guest experience while considering cost control measures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Implement health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the Pro/Manager to ensure tournaments and events are properly managed, and the guest experience is superlative.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a food and beverage management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, food handling practices, and cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred; ability to learn new technology quickly is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, vendors, and guests.

Pay: $250,000.00-$350,000.00 per year
