**Job Overview**
Back in Motion Wellness is expanding our Circle of Care, and we’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate **Psychologist or Registered Counselor** to join our multi-disciplinary team.

With over 25 years of loyal clientele and a strong reputation in the community, we’re proud to offer an integrative care model that supports clients in every aspect of their wellness journey. Our beautiful, newly decorated, **private and quiet therapy room** is ready for the right professional to make it their own.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide evidence-based psychological assessments and treatments for individuals dealing with mental health, stress, injury recovery, trauma, or life transitions
- Collaborate with other in-house practitioners to support clients’ overall care plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Communicate professionally with third-party payers, case managers, and referring physicians as needed
- Contribute to return-to-work and rehabilitation planning, including required reports and follow-ups
- Help shape and evolve mental health services within our Circle of Care philosophy

**What We're Looking For**:

- A **Registered Psychologist**, **Psychological Associate**, or **Registered Counselor** in good standing with your provincial regulatory college
- Ability to **bill third-party insurers** (e.g., Blue Cross, WCB, MPI, NIHB)
- Interest in **Return-to-Work and insurance-based rehabilitation programs**:

- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care

Pay: $71.50-$149.50 per hour
