As the ideal Operations Manager for MDS, you are a technically proficient and proactive leader with substantial experience in managing operations, preferably in community management or a field that emphasizes people management. Your technical acumen enables you to oversee and enhance our diverse operational areas effectively, with a special focus on leveraging technology for operational excellence. You are a natural self-starter, comfortable in a remote work setting, and excel at fostering collaboration and communication across various departments. **Requirements**:

- Technical Proficiency and Operations Management: Proven experience in overseeing operational systems, particularly those involving technology infrastructure, software tools, and data management. Experience in community or people management is a plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree or additional qualifications in operations or technology management are advantageous.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, essential for coordinating with diverse teams and effectively conveying information across various departments.
- Strategic Leadership and Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships, both internally and externally, to foster a collaborative working environment.
- Advanced Proficiency in Digital Tools: Skilled in using advanced project management software, CRM tools, and other relevant digital platforms to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Independent Initiative and Team Collaboration: Capable of working independently with a proactive approach, while also collaborating effectively within a team setting. Demonstrated skills in organizational and management abilities.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel as required for business, operational, and industry events. Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and environments.

- Annual Bonus Pool Participation: Participate in an annual bonus pool, contingent upon the year-over-year growth rate in Membership Income (MI) and maintaining a 75% average in the defined KPIs. Bonus is accrued yearly; 50% is paid at year-end, and the remaining in the following mid-year.
- Team Member Referral Bonus: Earn between $750 - $2,500 for successful hires referred, depending on the role level. The bonus is contingent upon both parties’ continued employment for a minimum of six months.
