Orleans, Canada Centrum Medical Pharmacy Full time

We need an energetic, reliable **Full-Time or Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant** to join our team.

Must have great customer service skills, be able to work with or without supervision and be able to maintain a neat and tidy work environment.

Compensation will be based on experience and skill set.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling,

Data entry of patient care information into Telus Kroll Pharmacy Software,

Third Party adjudication

Accurate dispensing prescription medications,

Handling customer prescription pick up,

Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems,

Scanning and filing prescriptions

Blister pack fills

General OTC inquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary,

Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy

General clerical and tidiness duties

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant; and Experience with Kroll

Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation;
Strong communication skills;
Demonstrated customer service experience;
Proficient computer/data/entry skills with Kroll and Microsoft Office.

**WORK HOURS**:
Flex schedule - rare evenings and includes rotational Saturday Mornings Only - Sunday and Holidays Off.

All applicants will be required to provide proof of full vaccination as a condition of employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 18-38 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$24.00 per hour

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
