We are currently hiring a **Customer Sales Advisor**to join our BC team. In this role, you’ll connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend solutions that make their lives easier and more connected.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build connections with customers, identify their communication needs, and match them with the right Rogers products and services.
- Explain plans, promotions, and features in a clear and engaging way, empowering customers to make informed choices.
- Provide personalized service with professionalism and care throughout the customer journey.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Consistently work toward (and celebrate exceeding) individual and team sales targets through a consultative approach.
- Keep up to date with Rogers’ newest offerings and industry insights to best support your clients.
**What You Bring**
- Experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is an advantage, but not essential - we provide full training.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to present solutions confidently.
- A goal-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office or CRM tools a plus).
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to delivering great service.

In this role, you will be far more than a Customer Success Agent - you will be a trusted advisor, a solutions-driven problem-solver, and the reliable face clients look forward to seeing. This is not a typical desk job. You’ll engage with clients face-to-face, foster genuine relationships, and collaborate with your team to identify opportunities that create meaningful results and shared success.

Pay: $38,480.00-$57,720.00 per year
