Seeking an instructor for FAST GROWING FITNESS FRANCHISE.

We are looking for a top-notch fitness professional to help our studios keep growing to the next level.

I Love Kickboxing (ILKB) offers kickboxing - HIIT group fitness classes. Nobody gets hit, hurt or made to feel bad at ILKB. It’s the best weight loss workout around. No one burns more calories per hour than we do, which is why our members see such amazing results Changing lives by helping our members get into the best shape of their life is our mission.

Kickboxing experience is not required. We will train the right person so they can teach amazing classes and train others to do the same.

ILKB is a well-established, international brand committed to providing affordable, accessible and high-quality fitness classes to our community.

ILKB is currently in the process of refreshing the brand and logos to be more modern, so it has never been a more exciting time to join

**POSITION**:
The responsibility of an iLKB Instructor is to change lives. That is accomplished by enrolling new members through our sales process so that more lives can be changed, by retention so that members stay with ILKB longer and progress further towards their goals. All other studio activities (teaching the best classes, having a clean studio, monthly check in with members, etc.) are all done with the sole purpose of changing lives. Bottom line is we are here to change lives.

Group fitness sales knowledge or a group fitness training background is preferred, but not required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent leadership and management skills to build and develop an inspiring atmosphere for members and the team
- Excellent sales and customer service skills required that translate into best in class customer experience
- Goal-oriented, and the desire to earn a professional wage; will be required to hit monthly, quarterly and annual goals set by the owner
- Ability to learn and use our ILKB software systems - MindBody, HighLevel and others
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Maintaining flexibility to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends as business needs dictate
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills and be familiar with using several Social Media platforms, mainly Facebook and Instagram
- A willingness to not accept mediocrity and a desire to always improve

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meeting sales and retention goals and managing operational budgets
- Assumes responsibility for developing and improving selling & enrollment skills for self and team
- Recruitment, in-studio training, development, and management of team members
- Learn, follow, and implement ILKB franchise systems with mandatory and as-needed communication with ILKB corporate and owner needs and requests
- Grow and develop local B2B relationships to enhance membership benefits
- Build and enforce membership community mindset in studio and online
- Execute our sales process for lead generation, follow up, and membership enrollment
- Emphasize and enforce studio objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services and products to our current members
- Initiate and participate in local and corporate special events (health fairs, grand openings, contests, community and B2B events) to promote the studio
- Participate in ILKB corporate Franchise Training, Regional ILKB Management and Fitness Bootcamps
- Other duties as assigned

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:

- Hourly wage for instructor will be based on instructor's experience

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
