**Description**

Ace Athletic Centre is seeking a passionate, experienced, and driven Head Fitness Trainer to lead our fitness facility operations. This is a leadership role with full responsibility for all aspects of the gym’s training programs, staff, and client experience.

**Role and responsibility**
- Oversee daily operations of the fitness facility to ensure a safe, clean, and motivating environment.
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of personal trainers and group fitness instructors.
- Develop and implement innovative group fitness programs and personal training offerings to meet the evolving needs of members.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and training quality.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing mentorship to fitness staff.
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve business goals, including member retention and program participation.
- Stay current on fitness industry trends, certifications, and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate with vendors or maintenance as needed.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor
- Experience with membership sales and client engagement strategies
- Minimum 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role in a fitness environment
- Proven ability to design and lead engaging group fitness classes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain upon hire)

Pay: $16.34-$40.00 per hour
