**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and train bar staff on products and procedures.
- Communicate food and beverage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the quality of beverages.
- Handle cash management, including processing payments, reconciling cash drawers, staff tips.
- Create shift schedule for the team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and effective communication.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new bar staff.
**Skills**
Strong knowledge of the craft beer, food and beverage industry, and operations/ management.
- Strong knowledge of bartending and craft beer.
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Ability to supervise staff while promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in cash handling and financial management within a bar setting.
- Familiarity with food handling regulations in the food industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and supplies.
- Effective communication skills for training staff, enhancing customer experience, and engaging with management.

Pay: $15.81-$21.98 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
