**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our patrons while supporting the smooth operation of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Serve guests as the bar ensuring a great customer experience and quality cocktails.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and services with knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Support special events or promotions as needed, contributing to a positive team environment.
- manage inventory of the bar, including beer wine and spirits.
- complete ordering to keep inventory levels at par ensuring we always have product on hand.
- oversee the other bar staff to ensure everyone is working up to expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a management role would be ideal but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- bartending experience, with craft cocktails and some wine knowledge.

Pay: From $18.70 per hour
