Overhead Door specializes in furnish, installation and service of upward acting door and dock solutions. Our core business is installation and service of upward-acting door systems. We supply Overhead Doors and related products to new commercial building contractors, the new homebuilding industry, private businesses, and to homeowners.

**Role**:
We have an immediate opening for an Experienced Dispatcher in our Regina warehouse. Reporting to the Service Manager. This role is a part
- time position with the opportunity to go full-time to cover Maternity leave and possibly more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service and installation.
- Schedule customer installation and service calls.
- Dispatch installers/technician.
- Inform installers/technicians of all project requirements.
- Ordering of parts in timely manner.
- Monitor incomplete job reports daily.
- Respond to customers who report service and installation concerns and work towards resolving the issue.
- Maintain communications within the office to ensure smooth installations, serving, etc.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous demands and works well under pressure.
- Ability to think fast and make decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to overcome objections, solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
