**Host - Snug Pub**

Host is responsible for assisting with the efficient and effective day to day customer management. This will include greeting and seating guests in a timely and professional manner and assisting with any guest requests.

**Responsibilities**
- Graciously welcome guests as they arrive while assessing their needs and directing them to the F&B outlet that best suits their requests
- Keep reservation and wait list details organized and properly communicated to the team
- Answer guest questions and manage special requests
- Be informed about all areas and offerings of the hotel and be able to direct guests appropriately
- Assist the F&B team in whatever way is needed
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize the guest experience while supporting the F&B service team
- Proven ability to multi-task and set priorities based on a constantly changing business environment.
- Effective decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment.
- Strong personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner.
- Evening and weekend work will be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
