Behaviour Interventionists will follow individualized programs created by a multidisciplinary team of clinicians including Behaviour Consultants, Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists in the family home or out in the community. Wages are competitive, you can elect to become a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT); we will pay for your schooling All staff who have at least 4hrs of work per week will be eligible and opted into our Mental Health Wellness Platform, Dialogue, which provides staff support in and access to Primary Care, Mental Health, Wellness support, and Family & Relationship. We are hiring for **Victoria**, Sooke, Sidney, and Langford (& Westshore area) - Love working with children and youth - Be able to both work on your own as well as in a team atmosphere. - Have a reliable mode of transportation. - Able to give a one-year commitment.
