We are currently looking for an outstanding leader to join our kitchen team as **Chef de Partie (Garde Manger)**. Contribute to the development of our culinary team in a creative environment with a broad scope and extensive opportunities.

The University of Saskatchewan Culinary Services is one of the largest multi-unit food service operations in the province. The Culinary Center located in Marquis Hall is the hub of the operation supporting all areas of business and is also an all-you-care-to-eat open kitchen venue with multiple food stations serving 2000+ meals per day. We are a multifaceted food service operation serving the campus community through residential dining, retail services, catering and events.

We take pride in our culinary skills and commitment to preparing food items in-house and prioritizing fresh wholesome ingredients. We value sustainable and ethically sourced products and strive to minimize our environmental impacts. Our menus change regularly and consists of comfort foods along with international flavors and cultural dishes. We are in constant pursuit of learning new styles of cooking, ingredients, techniques, authentic flavors, and expanding on our skills while ensuring best kitchen practices.

**Salary**: $20.18-$23.51 per hour
