Job description

Busy Chrysler Collision Center in Vaughan requires a **experienced body-man, \** **Body technician Helper**/ experienced with collision repairs, refinishing, and associated body shop duties.

**Job Summary**:Experienced with all aspects body / collision repairs, frame work / pulling. Contributes to the productivity and efficiency of the Body Shop department. Collaborate effectively with other body shop departmental staff to achieve efficient vehicle flow. Ensure high quality standards are met to reduce and eliminate re-work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Restores vehicles to original condition as per manufacturer’s specifications
- Works on all makes and models
- Manages work assignments to achieve targets
- Ensure the achievement of quality standards in restoration and paint repairs, to reduce and eliminate re-work and warranty claims
- Work as team player
- variable duties may apply

**Core business hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

**(Additional hours and/or alternative shift patterns maybe required to meet business needs)**

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years collision shop experience preferred
- Experienced in wet sanding & buffing preferred
- Good general knowledge of entire collision repair process
- Must be highly motivated
- Positive attitude

**Experience**:

- Body Man / Helper experience 3 years preferred.
- Auto Body paint experience / Knowledge : (Would be an asset)
- Ability to prep vehicles would be an asset.

**Salary**: $25.00 to $32.00 /hour
