**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an accomplished Lease and Contracts Administrator to join our Operations team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:

- To support the Senior Project Manager and Operations Managers with the establishment and administration of the MFS agreement repository using best practices.
- Monitoring and advising on compliance with contractual obligations, including revisions to existing contracts and leases.
- To develop and implement processes and procedures for management of lease agreements, contracts and procurement for the Operations team that adhere to the Maples Group Vendor Management Policy.
- Effectively manage the entry of information into agreement repository to ensure all records are accurate and up to date through the implementation of standard processes and procedures.
- Manage the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions and renewals.
- Preparation of accurate and timely contract and lease activity related reporting, including space and seating availability.
- Provide support to the preparation of office space and vendor business cases.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting regarding leases and contracts.

**What You Bring**
- 2+ years prior experience in a lease/contract administration role or a related field
- Fully IT proficient (Outlook / Word / Excel)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, particularly when liaising with other departments or external organisations such as Landlords and suppliers
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and able to work to targets and deadlines
