**Role : LMS Platform Product Manager**

**Location : Toronto, ON - **Hybrid**

Operate with the agile delivery approach and work collaboratively with teams across engineering, operations, sales, legal, compliance, risk and strategic vendors deliver innovative and best in class outcomeBe an active participant in the agile squad to see through a product from its inception to its launchSupport senior product managers in the product development life cycle, including but not limited to drafting, groomming and prioritizing user stories backlog, business process mapping,UAT and production release supportCollaborate with cross divisional teams such as operations, legal, compliance and risk where required to progress the product development and product launchIdentify opportunity to improve our product feature and performance to meet client demands and stay ahead of the competitorsEnables collective achievement of our strategic goalsGenerates sustainable shareholder returns and above market shareholder value

**Essential Skills**

3+ years of experience in financial industry, preferably in Cash Management, Transaction Banking and/or Commercial Banking as a Product Manager or Sr. Business Analyst. 3+ years of hand on experience in Agile development in a Product Manager/Owner or Sr. Business Analyst role, including creating, grooming user stories and refining backlog. In-depth working knowledge in deposit, liquidity and other Cash Management products such as Virtual Accounts (VAM), Sweeps and investment solutions Understanding of innovative technologies and current digital banking trends Working knowledge in digital channels

Team player who works well with technical and business partners Leader with organizational skills to set development goals and evangelize the initiatives Starter to be comfortable with a fast-moving environment and navigate through the ambiguities Independent deliver to drive projects against the targets by making sound decisions Critical thinker with problem solving skills to formulate solutions Client-centric designer Innovator with a can-do mindset Excellent oral and written communicator to clearly articulate projects.
