Credit & Collections Specialist

**Position Summary**: Are you an energetic individual who enjoys managing the credit and collections functions? You have great attention to detail, strong communication skills, knowledge in billings, credit and collection. You are a team player and can prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. This role is open to anywhere remote in Canada.

**Roles & Responsibilities**: - Creating and maintaining credit history files - Analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of account/client using external credit risk - management tools/reports - Supporting the collection efforts/calls for accounts receivable portfolio - Documenting daily collections activity - Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies - Performing account/payment reconciliations - Responding to credit inquiries from external and internal clients - Identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts - Identifying bad debt or financial exposure - Days sales outstanding management of target and ensuring receivable is collected within - customer terms - Assistance with month-end process billing, checking batches, reconciliation, days sales - outstanding calculations, AFDA details, etc., - Assistance and support with audit, review, and other internal control requirements - Monthly KPI reports and other ad hoc reporting as required - Other projects as assigned by the Director of Finance, FP&A Finance leads, and Chief Financial Officer. Key Skills and Competencies: - Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collection Management - Bachelor degree and/or Certified Credit Professional preferred - Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Experience with Sage Intacct considered to be an asset - Strong communication and organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables to drive timely results Pivotree is an equal opportunity employer.
