**Customer Service Representative**

**Summary**:
As the **Customer Service Representative**,** you will provide excellent customer support on Price, Product & Delivery in a fast paced, time sensitive food manufacturing environment.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Receive, enter & process customer orders in a timely manner and with accuracy
- Act as a key primary point of contact for customer inquiries globally.
- Coordinate with production scheduling, distribution and shipping to ensure the timely delivery of products
- Utilize the ERP system to analyze the supply & demand of products
- Coordination of logistics for out bound finished products for load scheduling & consolidation
- Assist with weekly sales reports

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Order Entry in a fast paced (high volume) environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Bilingual French preferred, but not a requirement
- Passion for food
