**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and print.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate with operations team to create compelling graphics and promotional materials using Canva
- Manage social media Ads campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Assist with SEO optimization on the organization's website
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Other assigned duties

**Qualifications**
- Currently registered in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.
- Experience with graphic design software, particularly Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO best practices, editing content for YouTube and Spotify
- A basic understanding of HTML for website content management is desirable.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Operations team and independently

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Cobourg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cobourg, ON
