Since 2010, we have been providing consumers with authenticated branded luxury products by promoting their reuse and providing an environmentally responsible way for consumers to purchase luxury products. Following our steady growth, we are looking for a highly energetic, responsible, and experienced Client Advisor (sales associate) for our "shop-in-shop" inside the Hudson’s Bay department store at Yorkdale Mall. customer service, superior product knowledge, and leading-edge fashion advice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive sales - Provide an exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs - Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the products - Build long-term relationships between customers and LXR by clienteling - Assist the Senior Client Advisor (Shop Manager) with daily operations in an effective and efficient manner - General upkeep of the store - Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals - Other related tasks as assigned **REQUIREMENTS**: - Minimum of 1-3 years of proven retail experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury retailer - Experience in sales, earning commissions, highly preferred - Sales-oriented and willing to prospect new clients - Having a clientele base is an asset - Proven ability to sell big-ticket items - Proven experience in customer satisfaction **BENEFITS**: - Great commissions program in addition to base salary - Flexible hours - Employee discounts on all LXR merchandise after three (3) months of service EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS - 20 to 25 hours per week
