**The team**:
The Access Control group is responsible for the development, commercialization, and delivery of an access control solution part of a unified offering that heightens security during day-to-day operations, making sure people and assets are protected during critical situations. Moving in the direction of a unified hybrid offering, we own a portfolio of projects and initiatives ranging from managing cardholders and visitors, printing badges, running investigations, etc.

As a Project Coordinator, you will join a growing and dynamic team and will oversee various projects from analysis, design and implementation to acceptance and go live. This includes coordinating the internal project contributors and representing the group with regards to these project deliverables.

**What your day will look like**:

- Work with Project Managers, Development Managers, Team Leaders, Developers & QAs in order to track current projects, process adherence and alignment with all software development teams in the group
- Create, maintain and track project dashboards
- Define and ensure release criteria per project are met
- Track the timeline, quality and scope and initiate corrective planning as required
- Review and improve common practices and tools between the development teams

**About you**:

- Excellent communication, influential and negotiation skills, and have a win-win approach
- Knowledge of Agile or Kanban methodologies
- Solid experience in establishing and tracking s/w quality indicators in project delivery
- Experience being actively involved in s/w development process definition and improvement

**Great if you have**:

- Software development and quality assurance experience
- Experience using Power BI and creation of dashboards
- Knowledge of GIT and understanding of builds, merges and version branching concepts
