**VA Electrical Contracting Inc.** is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Electrical Junior Project Manager Estimator to join our growing team.

As an Electrical Project Manager Estimator, you will be responsible for managing the entire electrical installation project from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating with the customer, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will be the point of contact for all internal and external customers and vendors. You will also be responsible for managing the project budget, budgeting, and controlling costs.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all phases of electrical installation projects from start to finish
- Create project plans and specifications
- Prepare subcontracts and sub-contractors for jobs
- Coordinate with vendors to get quotes and bid specifications
- Manage budgets and cost control
- Coordinate with Project Manager on weekly or biweekly updates on project status
- Manage subcontractor relationships and schedules
- Manage vendor relationships and schedules
- Coordinate with Project Manager on weekly or biweekly updates on project status
- Communicate with Project Managers on weekly or biweekly updates on project status

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Systems Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1-4 years of Experience
- Previous experience in electrical project management or estimation is desirable, but recent graduates with relevant coursework or internships will also be considered.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software, electrical design tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive working relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
