- Support the recruitment, interviewing, and training of new staff members to build a strong team.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including cashiering responsibilities and financial reporting.
- Maintain an organized store environment by managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with the management team to analyze market trends and implement strategies to enhance store performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or store management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Proven track record in sales management, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and staff development processes is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
