**Responsibilities**:
Leadership and Team Management:Lead and motivate a team of yogurt shop employees, fostering a positive work environment.
Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
Delegate tasks effectively, set clear expectations, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote their professional growth.
Address any conflicts or issues that may arise among the team, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
Customer Service Excellence:Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, going above and beyond to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the yogurt shop's menu, products, and promotions to provide accurate information and make personalized recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
Implement customer service strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive customer satisfaction.
Operational Management:Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring it meets all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the shop owner and management to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage.
Communication and Collaboration:Effectively communicate with the shop owner, management, and other team members, keeping them informed about operational updates, promotions, and any relevant changes.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and knowledge sharing.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience.
