Duties and responsibilities
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
- Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
- Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
- Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
- Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
- Maintain Dining area, lobby and do the Dishes
- Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
- Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
- Follow all operational policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a service environment preferred

Physical requirements
- Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
