Prime Movers has a Supervisor opening at our Leduc branch.
Prime Movers Rigging and Industrial Services is a trusted leader in heavy equipment moving, machinery relocation, and industrial rigging. We’re looking for an experienced **Rigging/Jack & Roll Supervisor** to lead our crews and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise rigging, jacking, and rolling crews on machinery moves and installs.
- Plan and execute jobs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client expectations.
- Direct setup and operation of hydraulic jacks, skates, rollers, and rigging systems.
- Lead safety meetings, risk assessments, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Mentor crew members and maintain high performance and safety culture.
- Act as the key point of contact with clients and project managers.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years rigging experience (2+ in a supervisory role).
- Expertise with jack & roll systems and heavy equipment moving.
- Strong knowledge of rigging math, lift planning, and safe lifting practices.
- Ability to read lift plans and site layouts.
- Valid rigging/heavy equipment certifications (Red Seal/Journeyman Rigger an asset).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license; willing to travel to job sites.
