**Position Details**
- The tasks and duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the Agility Director to develop and implement workshops that uphold and support a culture of innovation, prototyping, making, and exploring emerging technology.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and continued development of the Innovation Zone, while increasing efficiencies and management systems.
- Supervision of Agility Innovation Zone student staff.
- Work with faculty, staff, and students, to develop and implement experiential learning opportunities for the Agility program.
- Work with the Agility Director to ensure an on-line and social media presence for the Agility program.
- Provide tours and build relationships with the UofL Community, granting agencies and external organizations such as: Tecconnect, Lethbridge College, Alberta Innovates, and RINSA.
- When appropriate, represent the Agility program at fundraising and community events.

The University of Lethbridge is undertaking a job classification review for Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) positions. As such, the classification level currently assigned for this position may be adjusted as a result of this project.**Position Qualifications**
- Knowledge, training, and experience in Design Thinking, Agile product development, fabrication, makerspace equipment, entrepreneurship, and teaching/mentoring post-secondary students is required.

- Possess knowledge and experience with typical equipment found in makerspaces such as 3D printers, vinyl cutters, CNC mills, and laser cutters
- Comfortable with utilizing and teaching others the software and hardware associated with makerspace technologies
- Passionate about technology and its implications for making, as well as encouraging others in the field.

**Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $4,691.00 - $5,246.00 monthly

**Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $4,691.00 - $5,799.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 10)
