Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and passionate individual who shares our love for exceptional children's toys and decor. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Maude Kids Decor, assisting customers with product selections, sharing the stories behind our unique items, and creating a memorable shopping experience tailored to each family's needs.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing personalized service that connects with their unique preferences.
- Assist in merchandise selection, offering recommendations based on personal experiences and understanding of our products.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing products, setting up displays, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Share product stories and insights from our curated collection, highlighting the craftsmanship and values of the small businesses we support.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Engage with customers through product knowledge and enthusiasm for our offerings.
- Foster community connections, making each visit memorable and personable.
- Handle inventory and order fulfillment.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Friendly demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for children's decor, design, and supporting small businesses.
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to think creatively and provide personalized recommendations.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
