Prince Edward Island Preserve Company is seeking guest-centric food servers in our full-service, high volume restaurant, in New Glasgow, PEI. We offer a relaxed dining experience in one of the most iconic locations on the island. For 40 years, we have striven to use the freshest ingredients in the preparation of our menu items, and are known for their excellent guest service and delectable dining experiences.

**Restaurant Server~ Must Haves**

**Restaurant Server ~ The Basics**
- Serving customers with a smile and a genuine conversation
- Serving up deliciously tasty food in a fun and fresh way

**Restaurant Server ~ Requirements and Qualifications~**
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Experience in bartending, hospitality, or as a host/hostess, food server, or barista (preferred)
- Guest service, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to memorize and recall menu items
- Physical stamina to work on your feet throughout your shift
