**_ What you’ll be doing:_**
The Contractor Sales position (with an emphasis on Indoor air Quality) is primarily responsible for the sale of products and equipment to contractors, property managers and building owners. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining customer and contractor relationships.
- Increase IAQ Market share with existing and new customers
- Customer Relationship management
- Sales Generation - maintain existing accounts and create new ones by prospecting and cold calls
- New Business Development - grow sales in industry markets and territories
- Active in the industry by participating in networking and business development opportunities, including lunches with clients, charity events and social events.
- Assist contactors with the product selections and act as a point of contact for any issues that may arise
- Technical Expertise - complete required product training to remain up to date and informed on newest technologies
- Provide presentations to customers on our products
- Perform site visits and IAQ surveys
- Connect with new and prospective customers to build relationships and provide information about our products and technology
- Provide support to the IAQ sales team
- Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:_**
- Minimum two (2) years experience in a contractor/IAQ sales-based role within HVAC market
- Expertise in sales techniques, combined with strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of IAQ and Filtration products would be an asset
- Valid G driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with HVAC selection software
- Working knowledge of The Ontario Building Code and associated ASHRAE Standards
- High level of skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), and proficiency with CRM software (NetSuite) is an asset
