**Position Summary**
As an **Environmental Services Aide**, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Reporting to the Environmental Services Supervisor, you will perform housekeeping and laundry duties to ensure that all areas of the residence meet AON’s high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean resident rooms, offices, and common areas thoroughly and efficiently
- Perform dusting, vacuuming, carpet and window cleaning, and waste removal according to established procedures and schedules
- Provide laundry services for residents and operational linens, towels, and supplies
- Maintain proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with WHMIS and safety standards
- Communicate resident concerns to the Supervisor and respond to requests promptly and courteously
- Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with residents, families, and team members
- Promote teamwork and assist coworkers as required

**Qualifications**
- Completion of Grade 12 education
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and WHMIS standards
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or residential setting preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Physically able to perform required duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
