**This is a**_**WORKING CHEF**_ **role, located at a remote mining facility or exploration camp in Northern Saskatchewan, TO START ASAP.**

**WE COVER THE COSTS OF YOUR TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, & ACCOMMODATIONS WHILE AT SITE.**

**SHIFT WORK & COMPRESSED WORKWEEKS ARE REQUIRED; SCHEDULES ARE 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS.**

**MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.**

Who you are:

- You are a passionate foodie and a strong team leader.
- You are a Red Seal Chef (preferably, not required).
- You pay attention to detail and have excellent time management.
- You go above and beyond to provide a great experience for our guests.

What you will do:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team.
- You will manage food costs and inventory.
- Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.

Job Requirements - Let's not waste your time:

- Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.
- Jobs require shift work at remote sites - mining facilities & exploration camps.
- Knowledge of Vegan, Halal and Gluten allergy variation cooking skills.
- Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Camp Manager programs.
- Valid Driver's license preferred.
- You must be a team leader, who works well with others.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team.
- Customer relation skills.
- Salary range is $64,000-$70,000 (based on experience & qualifications), plus meals, accommodation, transportation, & benefits._
