**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the planning and development of proposals and pursuits from start to finish ;
- Collaborate in the development activities of the building division ;
- Actively participate in the branding of the company ;
- Schedules proposal strategy and planning sessions as needed and actively participate ;
- Supports background research with clients, and identifies issues, concerns, and possible risks to develop the strategy and planning of the proposal ;
- Coordinates deliverables with the various team members (proposal director, project manager, estimation etc.) ;
- Prepares the required documents (texts, letters of transmission, Covers, tabs, etc.) ;
- Coordinates the creation of the various elements required in collaboration with the administrative coordinator (resume, project sheets, organizational charts, administrative documents, etc.) ;
- Corrects, edits, and reformulates text with precision to deliver high-quality professional proposals ;
- Performs the layout/revision/correction/translation of texts and others ;
- Performs various follow-ups (signatures/doc. admin., etc.) ;
- Plans the logistics of the final editing (printing/editing, version electronics, packaging, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in communication or marketing, in progress ; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams) ; Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) ; Demonstrate initiative, rigour, integrity, and discretion ; Advanced proficiency in English language communication skills, both written and oral ; A driver's license and/or ability to travel may be required in some cases.
