This position will be 5 days/week with hours from 9:00am-1:00pm.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- The position’s main focus will be assisting Mortgage Underwriting with mortgage documentation management, review, and collection from clients.
- Assist with new client onboarding.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Key Qualities Preferred**:

- A minimum of 2+ years experience as a Mortgage Lending or Mortgage Associate with underwriting and fulfilment experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work from home.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- mortgage lending or personal lending: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Mortgage Associate License (preferred)
