Factory Outlet Trailers is a leading provider of high-quality trailers and truck upfitting across Western Canada. Known for our commitment to customer satisfaction and a wide range of trailer and upfitting solutions, we are looking to grow our dynamic Edmonton team with a motivated and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help take on operational tasks at our the Edmonton branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Drive trailer and upfitting sales through proactive lead fulfillment, managing customer relationships, and relentless follow-ups.
- Learn to coach a small team of sales and support staff to meet individual and team goals.
- Help hire and build a broader sales, service and parts team members that you will help manage
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure a well-organized lot and showroom.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and implement local marketing and sales initiatives in collaboration with head office.
- Monitor KPIs and report on sales performance, staff productivity, and branch operations and report back to HQ daily.
- Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of local Edmonton and area experience in a sales-focused management or small branch management roles (prioritization will be made in the automotive, trailer, or equipment sales experience in Edmonton).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong sales acumen and performance history - you’re a closer who thrives on exceeding targets and will put your money where your mouth is.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems.

Compensation is based on salary + commissions + management bonus

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
