**_A typical days' tasks include:_**
- Booking service appointments for our service crews
- Managing client files
- Managing our VIP and commercial clients
- Dispatching crews to service appointments, maintaining predicted arrival times and coordinating with those on site.
- Replying to customer inquiries
- Administrative support in the form of scheduling, research and office management (filing, coordinating special projects, relaying messages)
- Making outgoing calls to existing clientele to schedule appointments, arrange payments and obtain feedback.

- Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
- $ 40 000 - 55 000 per year
