Our main office and yard are located just outside of Elmira, Ontario; a second office/yard is located in Toronto.
**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join our growing team. We want you to think of this as your ‘company' within Earthscape. Our management style is very horizontal; collaboration will be your everyday.
As our Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for every process that generates revenue in an organization. Your mission will be to hit or surpass the aggressive revenue goals within each division. This is a highly impactful role for someone who describes themselves to be a visionary, data-obsessed, and relentless to succeed. You are passionate about building, leading, and executing.
The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for a broad range of duties including, but not limited to:
- Be a part of the senior management team to provide input on company-wide initiatives, and to drive growth progress/plans
- Develop sales strategies, action plans, forecasts, sales support tactics/methods, manage budgets, track, and analyze for results
- Provide leadership, support, and coaching to both the sales and marketing teams. Wear multiple hats as a player/coach hands-on leader
- Manage, execute, and improve the marketing plan with a constant pulse on the numbers
- Maintain focus on Earthscape brand optimization while prioritizing the customer experience along all phases of the customer journey
- Partner with HR to ensure brand and recruitment strategies are aligned and garnering sufficient qualified applicants to fill vacancies and sustain continuous growth
- Work closely with sales to maintain and improve a sales strategy that converts the maximum amount of qualified leads
- Work with sales and marketing consultants (Google ads, social media, sales) as needed
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing management, 10+ years preferred
- Experienced implementer of sales methodologies & training. Must be experienced building and developing effective sales teams
- Previous experience in scaling a business
- Top-notch relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Exceptional leadership skills and management experience, demonstrated through building teams and implementing exemplary processes
- Tenacious problem-solving skills; no task is too big or too small
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a “Player/Coach” role as you gain success and build up your team
- Thorough understanding of sales and marketing strategies and practices
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
