- Take your ambitions to the next level
- The incumbent provides level I and level II technical support functions and follow-up for the range of computer systems implemented in our client's corporate and grocery store environment.
- Take calls for level I support;
- Analyze and define the source of problems;
- Ensure level II interventions for corporate users and in stores;
- Document interventions in a support software;
- Communicate calls to suppliers if necessary;
- Refer level III cases to software or technical specialists;
- Follow up on interventions with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers;
- Maintain inventory of all types of Mini-Terminal devices and repairs;
- Initiate billing notification to the administrative department as needed (Mini-Terminals).

- DEC in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Good knowledge of Windows and networking;
- Experience in technical support required;
- Organizational skills and autonomy;
- Excellent ability to work in a team;
- Good communication skills;

- Quick and sustained learning;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
