At Yoho Explorer Youth Academy, we believe in the power of creativity and storytelling to inspire young minds. Our programs combine artistic expression, cultural exploration, and hands-on learning to create engaging experiences for children and teens. We are now looking for a passionate and skilled **Animation Instructor** to join our team and teach anime drawing, character design, and background creation, while guiding students to bring their ideas to life through animated films or comic storybooks

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach anime drawing, character design, and background creation techniques to younger children in an engaging and supportive manner.
- Guide students in developing their own animated films or comic storybooks, from concept to completion.
- Develop and deliver a curriculum that introduces students to the fundamentals of animation, storytelling, and character development.
- Incorporate cultural elements and global influences into lessons to broaden students’ perspectives.
- Create a fun, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Prepare and manage materials for each session, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and confidence.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in animation, anime drawing, character design, and background creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work in anime, character design, and animation.
- Experience teaching or mentoring younger children in art or animation is preferred.
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for education, creativity, and working with young learners.
