**Marketing & Proposal Internship**
**Job Summary**:
The Proposal & Marketing Intern will assist the team in completing bids, assist with creating and updating templates and provide administrative support.
**In this role, you will**:
- Help with preparing project templates including project budget, letter report, and formulate bid summary spreadsheet
- Assist with formatting and editing of Project Reports and Specifications
- Assist with updating and maintaining Project Database
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Support the preparation of CVs & credential packages
- Administrative support duties
- Other duties as assigned
**Skills/abilities**:
- Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator experience, preferably in the consulting industry, an asset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and InDesign
- Strong written communication and editing skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work autonomously, managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
**Location**: Toronto
**Travel**: Not required.
**Education**: Preferred
- Some college or better
