**Continuing Track Faculty in Leadership and People Management—HR Strategy**
With these positions, we are seeking faculty with experience and the ability to teach in **HR Strategy.**
**Qualifications**:
- Specific Qualifications:_
- Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Human Resources, or related fields.
- Possess Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Certification or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in industry or business
- Track record of scholarly activity in the field and/or scholarship of teaching and learning
- A commitment to, and understanding of, the importance of equity, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom and workplace.
2) A curriculum vitae (CV) including evidence of teaching experience and scholarly accomplishments;
3) a teaching dossier including a personal statement of teaching philosophy; and
4) the names and contact information of three referees.

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
