**IT Infrastructure Systems Analyst (contract)**

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Start Date: July 2025

Duration: 6+ months (potential for FTE)

Location: On-site, Calgary, Alberta (Downtown)

**Responsibilities**:

- Citrix: Revamp the on-prem Citrix environment and bring Citrix services up to date.
- VMware: Contribute to the maintenance and updates of VMware infrastructure.
- MS Teams Enterprise voice: Require Calgary and Field phone numbers ported over and to replace physical phones.
- Applications: Application packaging and delivery.
- Windows 11: Contribute towards our Plan/development/Deployment of Win11.
- Datacenters: Contribute to the maintenance/Update of our data centers.
- Intune: Maintain and manage policies and assets.
- GPO: Manage Azure and on-prem policies to protect servers and end-users.
- Servers and end-user patching: Contribute to the patching strategy and security of the environment (monthly patching across servers and end-user devices).
- Domain administration: Domain controller maintenance and patching.
- Autopilot: Maintain/update/plan rollout of mobile computing devices.
- VPN: Contribute to the maintenance/update of the VPN environment.
- Microsoft Defender: Contribute to the maintenance/update of our Defender environment.
- Technical Debt: Contribute to the goal of reducing the footprint of old technology.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience as a Systems Analyst.
- Strong experience with Citrix architecture, licensing and support. Ideally experience would include having previous involvement in a transition from a Citrix private environment to Citrix cloud.
- Strong VMware background
- Strong MS Teams Voice experience
- Experience with cloud, nice to have
- This role requires the individual to work in the office, with no option for remote or home work.
