What you will do:
The Vice President, Partnerships is responsible for developing, growing, and retaining Scene+ relationships with owners and participants in the Scene+ ecosystem. This role ensures that our owners’ and partners’ needs are met through partner strategy development, identification of opportunities to build value, and development of account plans; the Partnerships team then works closely with delivery teams at Scene+ to define requirements and execute plans. The Vice President is responsible for directly managing a team and working closely with internal and external team to achieve goals. The VP is accountable to stakeholders regarding reporting, business intelligence, insight and access to allowable data.
- Oversee SCENE’s partnership process from new partner strategy, pursuit of new strategic partnerships and growth opportunities with existing partners
- Work with and help build owner and partner priorities to develop strategies and account plans for Scene+ to support their objectives
- Drive internal and external teams to create programs and experiences to achieve owner and partner objectives.
- Management of partner budgets, Profits & Losses (P&L’s), contract negotiation
- Work with marketing, analytics, operations, digital and suppliers to align SCENE’s strategies, roadmaps and capabilities with partner and owner needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of undergraduate degree
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
- 7+ years in a business development, client management or sales role
- 7+ years in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within loyalty / rewards programs
- 7+ years of contract and vendor oversight. Vendor selection and contract negotiation
- 5+ years of managing a Partnership team with multi-level reporting & stakeholder structure
- Financial acumen, particularly ability to utilize a Partnership team to build business cases for investments and define project return on investment (ROI)
- Ability to develop with owners and Scene+’s Senior Leadership. Lead a Partnership strategy and provide guidance and leadership of a Partnership team.
- Provide coaching & develop skills through example and direct training, for example, negotiation skills of a Partnership team
- Experience planning, managing and presenting budgets to a Board of Directors
- Demonstrated history of relationship building and strategic influencing in a sales/agency role with clients, both internally and externally.
