**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial spaces.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes according to company policies.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
- Handle heavy lifting when required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.

**Skills**
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various cleaning assignments.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely in a cleaning context.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: $17.75-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
