We’re growing and looking for a **Lead Hand / Trainer** to join our team This key role will help train and guide new employees, ensuring every client receives the top-quality service we’re known for.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train and mentor new cleaning staff in detailed residential cleaning techniques.
- Demonstrate best practices for efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Oversee cleaning standards and ensure team performance meets company expectations.
- Provide clear communication and feedback to staff.
- Assist with scheduling, on-site coordination, and quality checks.
- Maintain knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of professional home cleaning experience.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
- **Transportation**: Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license.
- **References**: Professional references required.
- **Residency**: Must be a **permanent resident of Canada.**:

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week
