**Description**

Kognitive Sales Solutions is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dynamic Field Marketing Representatives to join our team in Grimsby, ON. In this role, you will engage with consumers in-store to promote and educate them about President’s Choice Financial Products. As a representative of one of Canada’s most trusted brands, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and sales.

**Compensation**:

- $17.60 (base pay) + commission

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products.
- Assess customers' needs to provide tailored recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional advice leveraging product knowledge.
- Drive sales and brand advocacy as an expert on the product.
- Ensure outstanding customer service for an excellent shopping experience.
- Engage creatively with customers to highlight product benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff.
- Safeguard customer privacy and maintain confidentiality.
- Generate excitement around the products as a knowledgeable brand advocate.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in financial or retail.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and challenges.
- Outgoing and personable with strong people skills.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on listening.
- Demonstrated integrity and responsibility in handling confidential information.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal/credit background check.
- Openness to learning and development through training and coaching.
- Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license is an asset.
